As an Account Manager, your role will be to grow the relationships with the accounts you own. You have a unique opportunity to help transport companies get more business through our platform.
Areas of responsibility will include:
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
Providing clear business plans and managing growth opportunities for new and existing accounts
Communicating the progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly results/targets across both internal and external stakeholders
Making recommendations and revising action plans based on the above data
Ensuring our partners are kept up-to-date with Jayride’s expansion plans and help facilitate the onboarding of new accounts and stakeholders
Keeping a regular check on partner agreements and managing renewals, along with the re-negotiation of commercials
Working closely with our partners to ensure Jayride continues to support their operations in the most effective way and suggesting improvements, where appropriate
Providing a great experience for those who have chosen to partner with Jayride!
The Ideal Candidate:
A “pioneer” rather than “settler” mentality!
At least 2-3+ years’ in a similar account management role
Experience in a B2B environment, working with remote partners through various communication channels
A customer centric and creative problem-solving mindset
A willingness to learn with a positive attitude to innovation
Motivated to grow with a company long-term
