Role Overview:
As a Lead Acquisition Expert, your primary responsibility will be to identify, collect, and establish initial communication with potential tech HR or tech Hiring Manager leads in Indonesia.
This involves scraping contacts, conducting preliminary profiling, and initiating conversations via LinkedIn and email.
Objective:
Our mission is to secure employment opportunities for the students of our professional school by establishing partnerships with potential hiring entities in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact Scraping: Gather contact details of tech HR leads in Indonesia using various online sources.
2. Profiling: Analyze the collected contacts to assess their suitability and potential as hiring partners.
3. Initial Outreach: Establish initial communication with the identified leads through LinkedIn and email to gauge their interest in hiring our students.

1. Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian are essential.
