I. ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are actively searching for a dynamic and forward-thinking Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing customer engagement and campaign management, making you a key driver of success for a diverse brand portfolio. Your responsibilities encompass shaping strategic initiatives and closely monitoring performance. This position offers a unique chance to collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners, all with the shared goal of achieving optimal outcomes and delivering tangible business value to our esteemed clients.

II. COMPENSATION:
$15,000 - $20,000 per Month.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Engagement and Growth:
-  Cultivate and nurture resilient customer relationships, ensuring the achievement of specific outcome targets.
-  Propose and skillfully execute strategies designed to enhance revenue growth and elevate customer satisfaction.
2. Campaign Management:
-  Strategically plan and execute visually compelling campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment with goals and approaches.
-  Collaborate extensively with internal departments and external partners, ensuring the delivery of top-tier performance and service excellence.
3. Data-Driven Consultation:
-  Harness the power of data analytics to derive profound customer insights, paving the way for the identification of fresh and promising business opportunities.
-  Provide insightful recommendations for the effective utilization of technology and media platforms, orchestrating outcomes of the highest efficacy.
4. Revenue Generation:
-  Identify and leverage growth opportunities with finesse, skillfully driving customer outcome targets towards realization.
-  Actively contribute to the evolution of innovative business strategies and the refinement of presentation processes.
5. Industry Knowledge Mastery:
-  Stay vigilantly informed about evolving trends and essential practices in the dynamic realm of digital communication.
-  Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of pivotal communication platforms, including Search, Social Media, Display/Automation, Mobile, and cutting-edge data technology.

IV. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Professional Expertise:
-  Possess a robust background with a minimum of 5 years' experience adeptly managing accounts and clients within the intricate landscape of online advertising.
-  Demonstrate commendable aptitude for incisive analytical thinking coupled with the finesse required for effective account management.
2. Technical Proficiency:
-  Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-  Showcase a tangible familiarity with prominent advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics, Automation programs, and more.
3. Platform Proficiency:
-  Display evident hands-on experience in orchestrating advertising campaigns across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Meta CPAS campaigns, offering a distinct advantage.
4. Language Competence:
-  Exhibit eloquent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
5. Communication and Leadership Skills:
-  Showcase exceptional communication skills, underpinned by an innate ability to harmoniously collaborate within a team environment, while also inspiring peers.
-  Embody a resolute leadership mindset, backed by a proven ability to invigorate and steer team performance towards achieving objectives.
