Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business by generating high-quality leads for our real estate investment opportunities in Turkey. Your primary focus will be on online lead generation through your advertising efforts, and we will provide you with the necessary resources, including pictures of our actual projects, to support your efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective online advertising campaigns to generate leads for real estate investment opportunities in Turkey.
- Utilize various digital marketing channels and platforms to target potential investors.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals to engage and attract potential leads.
- Continuously optimize advertising strategies based on performance data and market trends.
- Qualify and nurture leads to ensure they are genuinely interested in our offerings.
- Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to facilitate customer engagement and physical property visits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing online ad campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Understanding of the real estate market or willingness to learn about it.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Russian, would be a plus).
Compensation:
This position is commission-based, and you will earn €2,000 for each successful sale of our real estate investment opportunities. There is no cap on your earning potential, providing the opportunity to earn as much as you can through your lead generation efforts.
