Logistics Consulting Expert for Dropshipping
We are Mizura Limited, a company that owns several generalist online stores offering a wide range of products. Currently, our primary operational model is dropshipping, managed by an agent in China who handles orders directly from factories to ship to our customers.

We're facing challenges with this model, such as delays, high costs, and contractual non-compliances. We're considering a shift to a hybrid model, maintaining dropshipping for a significant portion of our catalog while stocking best-sellers in France or Europe.

We're seeking a logistics consulting expert to:

Evaluate and enhance our cooperation with the current agent: Help us optimize lead times, costs, and ensure contract compliance. We're also open to switching agents if necessary.
Implement quality assurance and monitoring: This includes product quality verification, stock level monitoring, and regular reporting.
Guide our transition to a hybrid model: We need expertise in structuring our logistics, managing stock in France or Europe for top-selling products, and continuing dropshipping for the rest of our catalog.
Train and structure our team: We aim to bolster our internal skills in stock management and logistics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce logistics, especially with dropshipping.
Familiarity with the challenges of working with agents in China.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to provide actionable recommendations and strategies.
Previous experience in training teams is a plus.
