We are Ferdinando and Riccardo, founders of a multiple six-figures Email Marketing Agency that operates in the international market with a focus on e-commerce businesses that generate at least 1M/year.

Our mission is to reveal to the whole world the hidden power of the least sexy but most profitable marketing channel.

We have also been in the trenches... eating up copy automations and performance.

We have plans to scale (and quickly), and for this, we are looking for a Project Manager to manage a portfolio of projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Knowledge of the best practices in project management.

Understanding of digital marketing and its mechanisms.

Confidence in the operations sector: ability to identify inefficiencies and proactivity in suggesting optimizations in processes.

Team side: Assertive personality capable of assuming a position of command and leadership.

Client side: Ability to read between the lines for intelligent client management focused on safeguarding agency resources and increasing the perceived value of the service.

Personality inclined towards precision, punctuality, and efficiency (you enjoy having everything in order and under control and have no problem stating if something is right or wrong according to your opinion).

Initiative and ability to be "100% in charge" of a project (NO MICROMANAGEMENT).

Google and Chat GPT are your best friends.

MAIN TASKS:

Onboarding calls and reporting with clients.
Creating Briefs for operations.
Organizing the team's work schedule in line with project deadlines.
Creating and managing tasks in the management system.
Organizing documents and information flow between client and agency.
Daily communication with the operational team and with clients.
Checking on the work done by operations in compliance with the agency's best practices and the client's requirements.
General report on the workflow to the board management.
Other responsibilities will depend on you and your desire to grow quickly.

PLUS

You are between 16 and 25 years old.
Experience with Klaviyo.
E-commerce experience.
Slack, Notion, Click Up, Google Suite.
Team management.
Client management.
You send a video application and evidence of previous experiences.

On the "front end", the agency is open from Monday to Friday, and if you meet all the required criteria, it goes without saying that there will be no need to work during the weekend.

As owners, our brains are "on" 24/7. We don't expect this from you.
However, your growth is in your hands, there are no limits, and all extra efforts will be evaluated and rewarded accordingly, both in terms of career and financial benefits.

Working hours and compensation:

35 hours per week.
Compensation ranging from $24,000 to $70,000 - depending on your impact on the agency.
