Hello, I have set up GA4 and Tag Manager with Google Ads to track conversions on 2 of my ads with a "thank you page" as the goal that triggers a conversion once a form is filled out. When I test the conversions on the live site and using the Debugging tool they work but don't seem to work when people are clicking the ads.

I need the following:

- Someone to figure out why they aren't working (I will supply a step-by-step process on how I set them up)
- Create a quick step-by-step video on how to fix them in the future
- I'd like to add conversion tracking to 4 buttons on 2 landing pages that will also be counted as conversions
- If possible track people that have clicked on the ads but did not come back at a later date to the site/homepage
- If possible retroactively track conversions that I've missed in the past 2 weeks.

***Would like a fixed price even if we work on an hourly contract.

If we work well together I will have more work in the future that's related to Google Ads, and GA4.
