Job Title: Personal Assistant for an E-commerce Business
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
Platforms: Must be familiar with Shopee and Lazada
Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in daily administrative tasks
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence
Liaise with internal teams and external partners
Assist in planning and delegating tasks to departments/countries
Creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Adapt to varying tasks with a fast-paced environment
Provide support in managing products across categories (e.g., electronics, pets, FMCG)
Coordinate with other departments for seamless operation
Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with Shopee and Lazada platforms
Ability to work independently and resourcefully
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and able to adapt to various digital tools
Stable internet connection
Able to handle a wide variation of tasks day to day
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the e-commerce industry preferred
Knowledge of the markets in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand is a plus
