**Compensation:**
- We offer a competitive commission-based compensation structure.
- Sales representatives will earn a base commission of 10% for each successful sale.
- There is an additional 5% bonus for achieving more than 3 sales in a week.
- An extra 10% bonus is awarded for exceeding 5 sales in a week.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
