We are seeking developers who can assist with SEO/PPC optimization of a small self-storage business website based in Texas. The goal is to improve our website's search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic to our site. Effectiveness and performance measurement of the service will be based  upon occupancy differential from before and after site optimization. The ideal candidates will have experience in SEO and PPC (targeting specific geographic area) optimization, as well as a strong understanding of the self storage industry. Skills required for this project include:

- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising targeting specific geographic area
- Website analytics
- Keyword research
- On-page and off-page optimization

We prefer to work with developers based in Ukraine and the Philippines who have a proven track record in delivering successful SEO/PPC campaigns for similar businesses but it is not  requirement.
