Responsibilities:
As our Social Media Manager and Video Editor, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities:
Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content to ensure it is optimized for each platform, paying attention to details like video length, captions, and aesthetics.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in our niche. Use this data to inform content creation strategies.
Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our marketing objectives, taking into consideration platform algorithms and peak engagement times.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools.
Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including the latest trends and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Budget:
Our budget is around $600 per month but this is something that we can negotiate.
We need someone who is reliable and available to edit videos if and when needed and be our in-house advisor on the best trends and styles to follow.
